grated carrots
16 cups
'nayonnaise' (or make your own)
1 tbsp
sea salt
4 heads
shredded green cabbage
2 lemons
, juice of
1 tbsp
black pepper
Equipment:

mixing bowl
Shred cabbage and grate carrots, then mix in a very large mixing bowl and serve immediately. Serve cold.
