Coleslaw for 100

Prep Time: 1 hour

Ingredients:
  • 10 lbs. grated carrots
  • 16 cups 'nayonnaise' (or make your own)
  • 1 tbsp sea salt
  • 4 heads shredded green cabbage
  • 2 lemons, juice of
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
Equipment:
  • large mixing bowl
Shred cabbage and grate carrots, then mix in a very large mixing bowl and serve immediately. Serve cold.
