Coleslaw for 6

Ingredients:
  • 6 cups grated carrots
  • 8 cups 'nayonnaise' (or make your own)
  • 1 tbsp sea salt
  • 2 heads shredded green cabbage
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 pinches black pepper
Equipment:
  • large mixing bowl

To make coleslaw for 6 people you follow the same process as when making coleslaw for 100 servings. Shred cabbage and grate carrots, then mix in a very large mixing bowl and serve immediately. Serve cold.

You can make your own vegan mayonnaise by blending one cup of tofu, lemon juice, and two teaspoons of garlic powder.
