Tahini-Lemon Salad Dressing for 100

Makes: 100 servings

Prep Time: 1 hour

Ingredients:
  • 5 cups tahini
  • 5 lemons juice of
  • 1 cup nutritional yeast
  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil (optional)
  • 7-14 cloves of garlic
  • 2 cups water
 Other Options:
  • apple juice or cider
Equipment:
  • blender
Place half of all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more water or lemon or apple juice as necessary, to make a thick, creamy dressing. Repeat.
